“The Real Magic of Holiday Parties” came from a busy December packed with holiday parties and networking events. The real takeaway wasn’t the events themselves but what happened between them.

I attended the 2025 Xcel Annual Summit hosted by Xcel Mentoring. That experience was different from anything I’d been to before, and I wrote about why.
