I’m spending most of my time helping businesses hire the right people through SalesBountyHunter, the recruiting firm I founded after 20+ years in sales and hiring.
My focus is on delivering high-quality candidates quickly. The kind of hires that improve culture, performance, and long-term results. I also recently joined Network Lead Exchange, a structured networking group where each profession gets one seat. It’s been a great way to build deeper referral relationships with other small business owners.
Giving Back
Outside of work, I volunteer locally and spend as much time as I can with my grandson, who is 12 now and growing up fast. We still hike, watch movies, and play video games together, but he’s also spending more time with his own friends these days. Family and community remain the center of my life, and they shape the way I approach business, with accountability, relationships, and long-term thinking.
Looking Ahead
This year, I’m focused on expanding recruiting services, growing my referral network, and getting serious about my health. I’m targeting 12,000 steps a day, lifting weights every other day, and meal prepping on Sundays. The discipline of being intentional carries over into everything, from fitness to how I run the business.
