Litigation Paralegal Opening in North Palm Beach

A full-time, onsite Litigation Paralegal opportunity is available with a law firm in North Palm Beach. Compensation is $75,000 to $95,000, with a strong benefits package kicking in after 90 days.

The Benefits

After 90 days, you'll receive a $700 monthly employer contribution toward Florida Blue medical premiums, Humana dental and vision, and employer-paid short- and long-term disability. There's also a Voya 401(k) with an automatic 3% employer contribution, 120 hours of PTO, and about two additional weeks of paid court holidays.

The Role

This role supports elder law, guardianship, probate/trust, and fiduciary litigation. It's built for a paralegal who can run caseloads, draft Florida-compliant filings, manage discovery, and keep Clio time and billing clean.

Opportunity highlights:

  • Manage caseloads, client communication, intake and conflict checks, and electronic and physical files
  • Draft and proofread pleadings, notices, subpoenas, and court filings under Florida court rules
  • Coordinate written and electronic discovery, ShareFile productions, expert notices, and hearing/trial binders
  • Request transcripts, run court searches, and assist with emergency filings such as emergency temporary guardianship
  • Enter daily Clio time with clear narratives, code expenses, and help with pre-bills, invoice approvals, and billing-policy compliance

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate has 5 to 7 years of litigation paralegal experience, preferably in Palm Beach County, with elder law, guardianship, probate/trust, or fiduciary litigation a strong plus.

You should already draft pleadings, motions, and discovery. You'll need to know the Florida Rules of Civil Procedure, Probate Rules, Judicial Administration, and the Palm Beach County courts. Comfort with Clio, NetDocuments, ShareFile, or similar systems is expected.

A NALA certification or a 2- to 4-year paralegal degree is required. A Florida notary commission, or willingness to obtain one, is expected.
